We offer the following payment options:

eCheck ($2.49 per transaction)

Just enter your routing number and account number via your own secure Online Portal to pay rent or any other charge directly from your checking or savings account.

Credit Card (3.49% of the total amount per transaction)

Debit Card ($9.99 per transaction)

Use your debit or credit card to pay rent or any other charge through the secure Online Portal. (An online convenience fee applies and is based on your monthly rent charges.) Credit or debit card payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diner’s Club or Discover branded cards from any country. American Express, gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.

Cash Payments ($3.99 per transaction)

If you choose this method, we will provide you with a reusable PaySlip (available within your tenant portal) that you can use at CVS, 7-Eleven, Walmart or Walgreens to pay your rent in cash (a $3.99 transaction fee applies; $2,000 maximum per transaction, $1,500 at 7-11).
