- Credit or debit card payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diner's Club or Discover branded cards from any country. American Express, gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted. Tenants who chose to pay via credit or debit card are also required to pay the Online Portal convenience fee. This fee is added to the total of the payment and are non-refundable. They are in place to comply with current card network regulations. The fee is a fixed, flat amount based approximately on the monthly rent or association dues amount, which will be disclosed to you when you activate your portal. The fee amount will stay the same for the entirety of the occupancy, no matter the amount of the payment submitted.
